Allsop promotes 19, including three new partners

- Aoife Scanlon, Lease Advisory & Business Rates and Doug Guild, Commercial Auctions, are promoted to Salaried Partner.
- Evie Higgs, Commercial Valuations, Alexandra Ward, Recoveries & Receivership, David Evans, Gabriella Brunton and Roseanna Benyon, all in Residential Auctions, are promoted to Senior Associate.
We are delighted to announce 19 promotions drawn from across our business, including three new partners, effective from 1st April 2024, reflecting resilient performance and investment in our talent. Jimmy Bruce, Residential Auctioneer is appointed Equity Partner, and Aoife Scanlon, Lease Advisory & Business Rates, and Doug Guild, Commercial Auctions, are appointed Salaried Partners.
Jimmy joined Allsop in 2008, aged 18, as an Auction Surveyor, progressing within the Residential Auctions team and taking successfully to the rostrum as a residential auctioneer. His diverse client base includes property companies, private investors, receivers and bridging financiers. He also has an enviable reputation for securing instructions that offer high-capital-value sales.
Aoife Scanlon joined Allsop’s graduate scheme in 2014 and after spending time in the commercial auction, valuation and office leasing teams, joined the Lease Advisory & Business Rates team. She is an expert in tackling complex business rate issues for landlord clients, often delivering significant cost savings.
Doug Guild joined Allsop’s Commercial Auctions team as a surveyor in 2015. He provides marketing and strategic advice on sales of CRE assets from individual properties to portfolios for clients ranging from private individuals to institutional funds.
We have made a further 16 promotions, recognising the strong performance of both the individual and their teams through challenging markets.
- To Senior Associate: Roseanna Benyon, Gabriella Bruton and David Evans in Residential Auctions. Evie Higgs, Commercial Valuations, and Alexandra Ward, Recoveries & Receivership.
- To Associate: Siobhan Badman, Commercial Valuations, Daniel Legge, Recoveries & Receivership, Gergo Petrovics, Lease Advisory & Business Rates and Josh Ware, Residential Valuations.
- To Senior Surveyor: Sam Baker and Liam Rees, Residential Valuation, Fleur Congreve, Recoveries & Receivership, Harri Guy, City Leasing, Amy Heuch, National Investments, William Walker, Commercial Valuations and Joseph Lydon, Residential Auctions.
