- 23 lots over £1m in line with the trend of increasing lot sizes

- Includes four Shopping Centres across the UK at guide prices averaging £2.8M+
The Allsop Commercial Auction Team have just released their latest catalogue after a positive start with the February sale which has now raised £52.5m
Whilst there are plenty of bigger lots, there is a range of stock for every budget for the Private Investor to buy with pricing starting at £150,000 for the smallest Vet Centre.
Among the auction's highlights are the following -
Lot 27 – 65A Long Acre Covent Garden, restaurant guided at £1.625m (8% GIY)
Lot 35 – Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire, 9 serviced apartments and a shop, guide at £3.25M/£3.5M
Lot 36 – Angel Place Shopping Centre, Bridgwater, 87,000sqft let at £866,956pa, guided ta £2.75M £31psft
George Walker, Partner and Auctioneer, buyers have been bemoaning the lack of well priced opportunities in the market, so this uptick in supply is very welcome and I am pleased to say it comes with a continued improvement in the quality of the assets on offer. Buyers are keen to buy ahead of the market as inflation and interest rates begin to fall in the medium term, so we are already dealing with offers.
