Due to the success of the Allsop Degree Apprenticeship Scheme, with five apprentices moving onto graduate rotations in September 2024 and the success of the Allsop Placement Year Scheme, we have our full cohort of graduates for September 2024, based on current estimated requirements.  We will therefore not be running a full graduate recruitment process this year. We will keep this under review.


The application to our Graduate Scheme is an economical three stage process; there is no online testing, nor long assessment day.


1. Cover Letter, CV & Graduate Application Form

In a one-page cover letter, we would like to know:

  • Why would you like to work for Allsop
  • Why you want a career in the property sector
  • One experience which has had an important impact on your life – for example a trip, conversation, event or a project.

Please upload this alongside your CV and complete the Graduate Application Form below.

Applications must be submitted by the close of business on 25th November 2022. You will receive an automated email upon receipt.

You should expect to receive a response by 23rd December 2022 – please note that due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants.


2.  First Interview

If your application is successful, you will be invited to a first interview. At this stage we’d love to hear more about your background and experience. This interview will typically be with up to three Allsop fee earners. You will also have the chance to meet some of our existing graduates prior to the interview.

The first round of interviews will be held from 9th January 2023.


3.  Second Interview

The final stage of our process is a task-based interview. If shortlisted for a second interview, you will be invited to make a short presentation on a given topic to three partners at Allsop.
