Apply to be a graduate

Due to the success of the Allsop Degree Apprenticeship Scheme, with five apprentices moving onto graduate rotations in September 2024 and the success of the Allsop Placement Year Scheme, we have our full cohort of London graduates for 2024.

Leeds based graduate opportunities are now open for applications.

The application to our Graduate Scheme is an economical three stage process; there is no online testing, nor long assessment day.

1. Cover Letter, CV & Graduate Application Form

In a one-page cover letter, we would like to know:

• Why would you like to work for Allsop and specifically our Leeds office
• Why you want a career in the property sector
• One experience which has had an important impact on your life – for example a trip, conversation, event or a project.

Please upload this alongside your CV and complete the Graduate Application Form below.

Applications must be submitted by the close of business on 31st May 2024. You will receive an automated email upon receipt.

Please note that due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants.

2.  First Interview

If your application is successful, you will be invited to a first interview. At this stage we’d love to hear more about your background and experience. This interview will typically be with up to three Allsop fee earners. You will also have the chance to meet some of our existing graduates prior to the interview.

3.  Second Interview

The final stage of our process is a task-based interview. If shortlisted for a second interview, you will be invited to make a short presentation on a given topic to three partners at Allsop.
