We are recruiting for Spring 2026 entry and Autumn 2026 entry for both the Residential Pathway (London and Leeds) and the Commercial Pathway (London only). Please make it clear on your application, which office and pathway you are applying for.

2. First Interview
If your application is successful, you will be invited to a first interview. At this stage we’d love to hear more about your background and experience. This interview will typically be with up to three Allsop fee earners. You will also have the chance to meet some of our existing trainee surveyors prior to the interview.
3. Second Interview
The final stage of our process is a task-based interview. If shortlisted for a second interview, you will be invited to make a short presentation on a given topic to three partners at Allsop.
