Apply to be an Allsop Apprentice

The application to our Degree Apprenticeship Scheme is an economical three stage process; there is no online testing, nor long assessment day.

1. CV & Apprentice Application Form

Please upload your CV (ensuring the file name includes your full name, e.g. Sarah Smith CV)  and completed application form. You are welcome to use the application form to provide any additional information you feel we should know. 

Please note: AI can be a valuable tool when used appropriately, but it's essential to ensure it doesn’t overshadow your personal input. Over-reliance on AI-generated content is often apparent to Allsop hiring managers, particularly as they evaluate large volumes of applications. If using AI, it’s important to strike a balance by incorporating your unique insights and perspectives.

2.  First Interview

If your application is successful, you will be invited to a first interview. At this stage we’d love to hear more about your background and experience. This interview will typically be with up to three Allsop fee earners. You will also have the chance to meet some of our existing graduates and apprentices prior to the interview. 

3.  Second Interview

The final stage of our process is a task-based interview. If shortlisted for a second interview, you will be invited to make a short presentation on a given topic to three partners at Allsop.
