Sub £10 million market presentation and networking event

Allsop’s Commercial Auction Team and Private Client Investment Team were delighted to welcome clients to a networking breakfast event today (7^th June).

George Walker and Alex Butler gave a short presentation on the sub £10 million market, why it is alive and well with the Private Investor, and how Allsop is able to access the buyers.

They ran through their thoughts on the market since the cool down that followed the Truss Budget in September last year, and some of the 560 transactions, and over £400m of sales that the Commercial Auction Team and Private Client Desk have been involved with in those 9 months.

The presentation was well received by all that attended, generating a good level of conversation after.
