A preponderance for larger lot sizes and revitalised appetite for retail have been the dominant themes for 2021 and the commercial auction market has traded well as a result. With experts predicting less restrictions in place and a wider uptick in trade, we are optimistic that in 2022, we will see the continued growth in buyer numbers that we saw in the last months of 2021, which should build market confidence and continue to drive pricing.
