Allsop, the UK’s leading property auction house, has released its latest commercial auction catalogue featuring 140 lots, of which 33 are guided at or above £1m. The catalogue includes a variety of investments, including retail parades, pharmacies, industrial assets, ground rent investments, and restaurants.

At its February commercial auction, Allsop sold 105 lots, raising £62.6m and reaching a success rate of 92%, reflecting investors’ ongoing appetite for deal-making.

George Walker, partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “As the financial year comes to a close, we’re offering investors a broad range of opportunities to invest their capital across the country, acknowledging their varying investment requirements.

“In addition to the usual commercial property mix, our latest catalogue features several portfolios, spanning neighbourhood retail parades, betting shops and pharmacies, providing our buyers with unique access to numerous attractive investment opportunities.

“Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen our average lot size increase despite the market uncertainty, and this auction is no exception – with 33 lots guided at £1m+ continuing that trend.”

Highlights include:

  • London Borough of Bromley Portfolio- a portfolio of six neighbourhood parades with active asset management opportunities. Guide prices range from £250,000 to £3.4m
