Allsop releases first residential auction catalogue of 2022, bringing 190 lots to the market

Allsop has released its first residential auction catalogue of the year, featuring 190 lots across the UK. The catalogue features an array of quality investment and development opportunities that will appeal to both investors and owner occupiers, including 12 lots with guide prices of £1m or above.

Richard Adamson, partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, said:

“We are delighted to release our first residential auction catalogue of the year after a successful 2021. In February, buyers will be able to choose from 190 lots across a range of asset types, including income producing investments and numerous development opportunities. The residential market proved to be a safe haven for investors last year, and, as Covid restrictions ease and the UK economy picks up pace, we anticipate plenty of appetite for residential property from buyers over the coming months.”

Highlights from the residential catalogue include:

  • Lot 54, a former bus depot site in Guildford, Surrey with development/ change of use potential subject to consents, guided at £3.7m+
  • Lot 48, a freehold end of terrace building in London providing 16 self-contained flats, located walking distance from Maida Vale and Notting Hill. The property is guided at £2.9m+ (GIY 5.95%)
  • Lot 32, a freehold detached building in London with a restaurant occupied on a commercial lease with nine years remaining on the ground floor, and seventeen flats on the first and second floor, guided at £2.25m + (GIY 7.63%)
  • Lot 43, freehold detached warehouse buildings and site with planning consent for demolition of remaining buildings in High Wycombe, guided at £1.6m+
