Allsop Charity Football Festival

Allsop’s inaugural Charity Football Festival kicked off in a very sunny Islington last Friday with 12 teams competing for the trophy.

Two pumped up Allsop teams were looking for victory over client teams: Aviva, Workspace, CBRE Gi, Derwent, Telereal Trillium, Prideview, First Urban, M7, MHA and Create Design.

After group stages and a penalty shoot out, Allsop made the semi finals but were no match for the eventual finalists,  Aviva and First Urban.  Aviva did not concede a goal throughout the tournament and lifted the trophy with a 4-0 victory.     Workspace beat Derwent in the plate competition.

Investment Partner, Alex Butler said: “It was an amazing day of friendly but competitive football and some very tired legs in the pub afterwards.  We clearly need to up our game for next year.   Huge thanks to our client teams for supporting this event and for helping us to raise £5,000 for the JBVC Foundation.”
