We are pleased to share with you our 2024 auction market outlook.
In these publications we look at the commercial and residential auction market. We consider what might happen this year based on current market trends and what we have seen happen in the previous year.
The auction market is a barometer for much of the wider market and in 2023 our auction teams sold over 2,200 commercial, residential & mixed use properties across the UK and raised £889m at an average success rate of 86%.
