ANTHONY’S ROLE

Anthony is responsible for the day to day operation of the Land & Development side of the business within the South East of England which forms part of the wider Residential Transactional and Living Markets team. He works in collaboration with his commercial and residential investment, student and build to rent colleagues to advise clients on acquisition and disposal strategies for land or buildings with or without planning consents for conversion or re-development. Anthony is also a qualified APC Assessor and Counsellor

EXPERIENCE

Anthony began his career at Cluttons in 2010 in their business space team managing and letting commercial property on the south coast before joining Allsop later that year where he trained for his APC gaining experience in Commercial Auctions, Landlord and Tenant and Residential Investment and Valuations. In 2012 he joined the Residential Transactional and Living Markets team where he has since risen to Partner and has been focused on Land and Development Agency and Consultancy.
