Well let retail lots and 33% distressed stock in the latest Allsop Commercial catalogue.

Allsop have released their latest commercial catalogue for their auction on the 11th July at The Park Lane Hotel, London.

Approximately one third of the 150 lot catalogue is made up of distressed lots offering what is deemed sound and well priced investment opportunities for opportunistic buyers as well as traditional private investors looking for well let investments.

George Walker, Partner and Auctioneer comments “Interestingly what we are seeing at the moment are lots of new faces and names in the room. Opportunistic, foreign buyers and non-traditional property buyers are taking advantage of the current market climate.”

Well let stock will be the strongest attractions on the day, the catalogue comprises a very wide range of investments across the country let to good tenants including Tesco, Ask  , Pizza Express, WH Smith, The Government, Lloyds TSB, Santander, Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Wetherspoons, Travelodge, Burger King and Café Rouge
