With the escalation of COVID-19, the welfare of our staff, clients and buyers are of paramount importance to us, which is why we have decided to implement our contingency plan and hold our 30th March commercial auction and 31st March residential auction via a live video stream on our website.
All bidders will be required to bid remotely by phone, proxy or online and will need to register for each lot they have an active interest in purchasing.
All registrations should be received by Thursday 26th March, to allow time for us to carry out all necessary checks and to receive cleared deposit funds and buyers’ fee.
