Allsop and Tamarin/RER are delighted to announce that the Leicester Square Odeon site will be marketed jointly with two adjoining sites as a single entity.

 Jon Gershinson and Simon Davidson of Allsop LLP as Receivers of Leicester Square Theatre, Leicester Square, have reached agreement with Tamarin / Real Estate Resolutions ( RER ) the owners of 2 adjoining sites to market the combined interests as a single entity.

Planning Permission was granted in October 2008 for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the Site to provide a two screen cinema (Class D2), a 245 bedroom hotel (Class C1), 33 residential units (Class C3), 4 restaurants at ground floor and 1 at ninth floor level (Class A3) . Total of 215,000 sq ft.

Knight Frank and CBRE have been appointed joint agents to sell the site and marketing will commence in September 2011.
