The National Investment team have recently sold a trilogy of Q-Parks for a total combined figure of £30,849,000.

The team acted for Q-Park in the deals and the properties were sold by way of three separate sale and leasebacks for a minimum of 35 years with annual RPI uplifts

Each of the multi-storey car parks occupy prime central locations in their respective town centres of Glasgow, Croydon and Sheffield.

The properties were sold to three different purchasers;

  • Glasgow: £16,600,000 (4.38% NIY) – Sold to M&G
  • Croydon: £9,689,000 (5.01% NIY) – Sold to LXi
  • Sheffield: £4,560,000 (4.98% NIY) – Sold to Elstar

The sales continue to demonstrate the market’s requirement for long income investments let to strong covenants, particularly those in the alternative sector.
