Allsop City agency team have completed on the disposal of 25,000 sq ft of space at 4-5 Bonhill Street on behalf of City of London.

The space has been acquired by Google to be used as a technology community centre for City start ups and entrepreneurs. The lease will run until 2022 with a 5 year break. 

The centre plans to open their doors in 2012 once the building has undergone refurbishment.
