Allsop’s next residential auction on the 28th March will see 294 lots go under the hammer, ranging from an apartment block in Greenwich to a stately home in Cumbria, providing investors with a wide variety of opportunities.

The largest lot in the catalogue is lot 35 in Greenwich. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to purchase a block of 18 three-bedroom flats which offers a variety of development opportunities, subject to planning approvals. The building is guided at £7m.

For those looking for a prime central London investment and potential development opportunity, lot 50, comprising five flats is ideally located in sought-after Mayfair. The 6,260 sq ft building sits on Charles Street, moments from Berkeley Square, Annabel’s private members club, Sexy Fish, plus the charming shopping strip of Mount Street. The catalogue also features 21 regulated tenancy investments, which are likely to be popular with investors.

Richard Adamson, Partner and Auctioneer, Allsop said: “Given the political back drop is still incredibly uncertain with Brexit looming later this month, a catalogue of this size and quality is sending a strong message that it is still business as usual.

“The catalogue offers its usual wide variety of assets that will appeal to everyone from the investor to first time buyers to developers. Due to this, we are expecting strong competition on the day.”

The auction will take place on March 28th at The InterContinental London Park Lane, W1J 7QY. The catalogue can be viewed online.
