Allsop’s June catalogue features 220 residential property lots across the UK

The highest value investment is lot 32, a freehold detached building guided at £7m+

Allsop has released its June residential auction catalogue, offering 220 lots across the country, including apartments, houses, ground rent investments, as well as mixed-use opportunities. Following the success of the May auction, which raised in excess of £42m, the team looks forward to another round of competitive bidding later this month, with its broad mix of new lots set to appeal to both investors and owner-occupiers.

Richard Adamson, partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, said:

“Following a strong May sale, we look forward to bringing an even wider selection of high-quality investment opportunities from across the UK to the market. The June catalogue includes an array of attractively priced properties sold on behalf of housing associations, receivers, administrators, and property companies across various locations within the UK. Over the past year, the UK property market has continued to hold appeal for investors, and with the gradual reopening of the economy, we expect buyer confidence to further strengthen, which is likely to result in yet another busy and highly competitive auction.”

Highlights from the residential catalogue include:

  • Lot 32, a freehold detached former office building in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, with prior approval for change of use to provide 76 apartments, guided at £7m+
  • Lot 35, a freehold semi-detached HMO building with 15 rooms to let in Little Venice, London, guided at £2.25m- £2.5m
  • Lot 30 – a freehold five-storey building in Ladbroke Grove, London, arranged to provide five self-contained one-bedroom flats, guided at £1.75m+
  • 40 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments sold individually as part of a purpose-built development in Leeds, with guide prices for one-bedroom apartments starting from £15,000
