Allsop’s next residential auction on October 31 will see 220 lots go under the hammer. The catalogue presents a variety of opportunities for investors and developers alike, with 12 lots guided above £1m.

The highest value lot be offered is lot 22, a freehold site in Bellingham, South East London.
