Allsop launch their new West End team this week, with new recruits Piers Glover, former director of GVA’s London markets and Nick Pemberton, former head of West End Investment at Colliers International.

Glover and Pemberton join Allsop as salaried partners having worked together at specialist West End practice Godfrey Vaughan before it was bought by Colliers in 2008.

With over 30 years combined experience in the West End investment and development property markets the new team plans to increase Allsop’s market share in the Central London market.

Piers Glover Profile

Piers has recently joined Allsop from GVA where he was director of West End investment and development.  Piers has been working in the West End from the start of his career, initially at St.Quintin before moving to West End niche practice Godfrey Vaughan.

Investment transactions include the purchase of 6 Chesterfield Gardens, W1 for a private client and the sale of 85 Buckingham Gate,SW1 for a private Irish client.  Development advice and purchases of 4/5 Arlington Street,SW1 and 7 & 8/9 Stratton Street, W1 for Grafton Advisors, GE and WELPUT.  Development consultancy experience includes acting for City & West End on 7/8 St. James’s Square and Windsor House, 55 St. James Street, SW1.  Other clients include Lancer Property Asset Management where development advice was provided on the Berkeley Square Estate.

 Nick Pemberton Profile

Prior to joining Allsop, Nick was a partner at Godfrey Vaughan for 10 years, before merging with Colliers International where he subsequently spent 3 years as Head of West End Investment.

Nick has specialised in the West End market for 15 years. Clients include Standard Life Investments, The Conygar Investment Company PLC, CCLA Investment Management, The Howard de Walden Estate, DTZ Investment Managers, and a wide variety of Private Investors.

Nick has joined Allsop with a remit to build the West End investment/development and leasing team. Nick and Piers are reuniting at Allsop, having been a successful partnership at Godfrey Vaughan for a number of years.
