The Allsop city and National Investments teams have been instructed by Quinn Estates and the Creative District Improvement Company to find an additional funding partner to provide c. £45m for the development of Ashford International Studios.
The 200,000 sq. ft studio complex includes four 20,000 sq ft sound stages with associated offices, alongside 90,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation within Grade II listed former locomotive sheds.
A 120-bedroom hotel, 62 serviced apartments, multi-storey car park and 302 residential units will also be built on the site.
The development is part of the wider £250m Newton Works regeneration project.
