Taking a Lead
Allsop’s Robert Sherwill is the Chairman of the influential Rating Surveyors Association Retail Panel which has established the framework facilitating the effective negotiation of appeals with the Government’s Valuation Office in the main 400 retailing locations in the country. Robert Sherwill is currently undertaking detailed discussions with the Valuation Office as to how to implement the Governments new “Check Challenge Appeal” system in the retail sector.
