Allsop’s residential team have completed on the sale of Parkwood, 19/22 St Edmund’s Terrace, St John’s Wood, London, NW8 for £34m on behalf of a client advised by Chancery St James plc. The property was purchased by a private investor.
The freehold unbroken building, one of the largest and most high profile residential blocks to be sold this year comprises 21 self contained apartments, two town houses (33,983 sq ft) and a large underground gated car park. The block was sold with vacant possession.
