WILL’S ROLE

Will is a Partner in the Residential Valuation team where is responsible for winning new business and growing the valuation client base. He values a mix of property types for a variety of clients, mainly in London and the South East. Will is responsible for the running of the valuation team including the development of junior staff. Will regularly attends client functions including presentations and networking events.

EXPERIENCE

William Davies joined Allsop from Cluttons LLP in 2010, where he had experience as a graduate surveyor in the residential valuation, investment and affordable housing teams. William qualified as a member of the RICS in 2008, where he gained two years post-qualified experience in the estate management team, specialising in portfolio valuations and asset management, where his main client was The Crown Estate. Since joining Allsop in 2010, Will has worked in the Residential Valuation team, where he values for a mix of clients and a variety of asset types. Will became a Partner in 2018.
