Jourdan joined Allsop’s residential auction department in 1997. He became an associate in 2005 and was subsequently promoted to Salaried Partner in 2008 at the age of 29.

Jourdan is responsible for advising major property groups on the disposal of their investment property by way of auction. He focuses on Central London property, advising buyers and sellers on both the auction and private treaty routes to market, working closely with the private treaty investment team in this regard.

In addition, Jourdan provides strategic advice for banks and asset managers in respect of the disposal of national portfolios of distressed property by way of auction.
