Our market-leading Insolvency Team, which deals with both commercial and residential property, was established in 1990 and has been appointed as Fixed Charge Receivers on a regular basis over the years.

With our broad range of residential and commercial expertise we understand a wide range of real estate assets. It is the understanding of insolvency and all matters surrounding it that is our front line specialism, with the strategic management and disposal of the assets sitting behind.

When appointed as Receivers, or indeed when advising lenders generally, we will always choose the method of sale, and the most appropriate selling agent or letting agent, having regard to the property type and location.   Where appropriate we have the ability to manage properties through our subsidiary, Allsop Residential Investment Management (ARIM). 

Our Fixed Charge appointments in the residential sector have ranged from small flats or houses through to substantial houses, blocks of flats, partly built developments and development sites throughout England and Wales.
