Our Soho Office based Insolvency team which deals with both commercial and residential property, was established in 1990 and has been appointed as Fixed Charge Receivers on a regular basis over the years.

We are market leaders in this field and have 4 Fixed Charge Receivers in the firm. The team is run by partners, Jon Gershinson and Simon Davidson whose specialist knowledge is in commercial and residential property respectively.

We have a broad range of expertise, across a wide range of real estate assets. It is our understanding of insolvency and all the matters surrounding it that is our front line specialism, with the strategic management and disposal of the assets sitting behind. We have the ability, where appropriate, to manage the properties with Allsop Commercial Management.

When appointed as Receivers or indeed when advising lenders generally, we will always choose the method of sale, and the most appropriate selling agent or letting agent having regard to the property type and location.

Our Fixed Charge appointments in the commercial sector have ranged from single retail units with flats above to more substantial office buildings, retail developments and industrial estates throughout England and Wales.
