Allsop Commercial Auctions have released their latest catalogue for their July sale to be held at The Park Lane Hotel, Piccadilly, London W1J 7BX on Tuesday 6th.

The catalogue follows their highly successful May auction, which sold 76 Lots, raising a total of £52.5 million with a success rate of 84%.

The July auction will be held on behalf of Admiral Taverns, Barclays Bank Plc, Enterprise Inns Plc, ING Real Estate, The Co Operative Group, Administrators/Receivers and many others. The team are delighted to be offering 142, located throughout the UK ranging in size from £20,000 to in excess of £3 million.
