What we look for

At Allsop we don’t just look for one type of person – we look for a mixture of people with different skills.  We typically recruit around 4-8 per year, with the following qualities:

• A 2.1 degree obtained or predicted in a RICS accredited degree or masters
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen interest in the property sector
• A sense of humour and broad perspective of life
